About these terms
kittydevil.com is run by KittyDevil Studio. By using the site or a KittyDevil account you agree to these terms. Wildtide is played at playwildtide.com and may have terms of its own.
Games in development
Our games are works in progress, and several are labelled alpha or testing. Features, balance and content can change, and saved progress, scores or worlds may occasionally be adjusted, reset or lost while a game is being developed. We may take games offline for maintenance or retire them. Games are provided free of charge and “as is”.
Your KittyDevil account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Usernames and display names must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may refuse or change names that break this rule.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see the privacy policy.
Fair play and conduct
Don't cheat, exploit bugs to gain an advantage, use automation to play, attack or overload our servers, or try to access accounts, data or systems that aren't yours. Treat other players with respect. Scores may be checked and moderated, and scores we believe are invalid can be removed from leaderboards.
If you find a security problem, please tell us privately rather than using it.
Our content
The games, artwork, text, logos and other material on this site belong to KittyDevil Studio or our licensors. You may play the games and share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, redistribute or reuse our games or assets otherwise without permission.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including playwildtide.com. Other sites are responsible for their own content and policies.
Liability
We work to keep the site and games running well but can't promise they will always be available, error-free or secure. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or games, including lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
