Do I need to register before I can make a purchase?

Most of our products are fulfilled through Amazon.com, once you select “Buy Product” you will be re-directed to Amazon where you can make your final purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The following credit and debit cards can be used as payment:

Visa (including the Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card )

Discover Network
American Express
Diner’s Club (U.S. billing addresses only)
China UnionPay (credit card only)

How do I track my order?

After an order has shipped, you can track your packages on Amazon.com. From Your Orders, you can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

How do we handle refunds?

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by Amazon between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st. Usually in about 2-3 weeks.

Do you offer products to purchase for Wholesale or Dropshipping?

We currently do not offer any products for wholesale purchase or dropshipping.
